Cupcakes Express is an online cupcake e-commerce store where you can order cupcakes to be delivered right to your door or office in 24 hours or less. We have taken cues from 1-800-flowers and FTD and changed the model to order a unique and delightful product that everyone loves to receive.

Cupcakes Express is a family-owned business and the owners also manage our own successful bakery. Our experience in owning and operating a local bakery has put us in touch with the needs of our customers: we understand why people buy cupcakes, we know what goes into making them special, and we know that the reason that we have been successful because we refuse to settle for less than the best in every detail.

Ordering cupcakes online is a delicious - and often less expensive - way to send a memorable that expresses love, friendship and concern. Know someone with a birthday coming up? Want to impress loved one? Need dessert for an office party? Or maybe you just want cupcakes delivered by hand to your door? Cupcakes are the new and exciting way to go!

We search the country for the best cupcake bakeries in each metro area. After evaluating their cupcakes for taste, appearance and quality, we partner with them so that we may bring you the best cupcakes in each part of the country.

We make it possible to have cupcakes delivered quickly. Many bakeries do not offer delivery or only have limited delivery hours, but we work with local courier services to make it possible to have cupcakes delivered during a wider time range.

Cupcakes are fragile and perishable, so someone must be available to accept the cupcakes when they arrive. By checking with the recipient to make sure they will be home or in the office, you can be sure that the cupcakes will get there on time and be delivered to the right place. We can deliver to other people in the office, a concierge at an apartment building or a neighbor.

If the recipient knows they will not be able to accept the cupcakes in person before the delivery attempt occurs, he or she may call the courier directly to reschedule a more convenient time and/or location. We will send the recipient a phone number for the courier in their city. If the cupcakes are delivered to an office, someone at the office may accept the cupcakes for the recipient if they are not available. If the courier attempts to deliver the cupcakes but the recipient is not home, they will leave a note on the door and call the recipient to schedule a better time.

Each arrangement consists of one dozen or half dozen gourmet cupcakes. Our flavor experts work directly with our partner bakeries to create a custom combination of flavors that is sure to delight your palate. If you would like to order one dozen or one half dozen of a single flavor, we've created the All Of One Kind arrangement so you can choose your favorite flavor.

When an order is placed on our website, we automatically send a confirmation email to the person you're sending the cupcakes to in order to notify them that they will be receiving a delivery during the date and time range you select. We want to give the recipient the opportunity to let us know in advance if the scheduled delivery time does not work for them. Although we ask customers to check with the recipient to see that they will be available to accept the delivery before placing an order, this additional safeguard guarantees that the person receiving the cupcakes will get them at a time that is convenient to them.
